TBA TAKADEMİSİ İLK MEZUNLARINI VERDİ
TBA Akademiyi başarıyla tamamlayan 53 öğretmenimiz ve akademide eğitmenlik yapan 9 öğretmenimiz katılım belgelerini aldılar. Programa İl Millî Eğitim Müdürümüz Levent Yazıcı, İl Milli Eğitim Müdür Yardımcısı Mehmet Nezir Eryarsoy, İl Milli Eğitim Müdür Yardımcısı Metin Nari, Küçükçekmece İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürü Murat Gözüdok katıldı.
Öğretmenlerimiz, bir öğrenme yolculuğu olan bu akademide Eylül 2021'den itibaren tüm atölye türlerine yönelik çalışmalar gerçekleştirdiler. Atölye türlerinde uygulamalar yaptıkları keşfetme sürecinin ardından üretim döneminde etkinlik planları geliştirerek uyguladılar. Program, bu yolculuğu özetleyen video ile başladı. İl Milli Eğitim Müdürümüz Sayın Levent Yazıcı programda yaptığı konuşmada: "Öğrenmeye hevesli öğretmenlerimizin buradaki coşkusunu paylaşmak bizler için de mutluluk verici. Okullarımızı hem fiziki yapısıyla hem de yapılan öğretim etkinlikleriyle bir öğrenme çevresi olarak değerlendiriyoruz. Bu öğrenme çevresini düzenleyen ve onun gelişimini sağlayan öğretmenlerimizin öğrenme yolculuklarına devam ediyor olmaları çocuklarımız ve gençlerimiz, dolayısıyla ülkemizin geleceği için büyük önem arz ediyor. TBA Akademi eğitimine katkı sağlayan öğretmenlerimize, katılımcı olarak yer alan ve kitapçık geliştirerek ürün ortaya koyan meslektaşlarıma teşekkür ediyorum. Umarım sizlerle daha birçok çalışma alanında beraber oluruz." dedi.
Programda TBA Akademi Öğretmenlerinin hazırladıkları "TBA Disiplinler Arası Etkinlik Örnekleri-Öğretmen Kitapçığı"nın da tanıtımı gerçekleştirildi. Öğretmenlerin iş birliğiyle hazırlayıp öğrencileriyle atölyelerde uygulayarak geliştirdikleri etkinliklerin tüm öğretmenlerimiz için önemli bir örnek olduğu ifade edildi.
Öğretmenlerimize katılım belgeleri verildikten sonra hatıra fotoğrafları çekildi. Programın ardından akademi mezunu öğretmenler yaygınlaşma çalışmaları çerçevesinde eğitim verecekleri okulları ve ders içeriklerini hazırlamak üzere gruplara ayrılarak öğretmen eğitimleri için etkinlik planı geliştirme çalışmaları yaptılar.
TBA Akademisi eğitimleri, 1. dönem mezunu öğretmenlerin okul temelli eğitimler yapması ve 2. dönemde yeni katılan öğretmenlerin eğitimleriyle devam edecek.
