Tasarım Beceri Atölyeleri ve Uzaktan Eğitim
İstanbul tasarım beceri atölyeleri ekibinin odak çalışma alanı olarak; tasarım beceri atölyelerinin bütüncül biçimde işlemesinde ders içi etkinliklerin değeri, öğretmenlerin de bu konudaki anahtar konumu nedeniyle öğretmenlerimizin atölyeler ve bunların disiplinlerarası yaklaşımla ele alınması hakkında bilgi edinmeleri önem taşımaktadır. İstanbul tasarım beceri atölyeleri koordinatörü Dr. Filiz Gülhan'ın verdiği seminerde öğretmenlerin tasarım beceri atölyeleri çalışmalarını nasıl yapabileceklerine yönelik bilgiler paylaşıldı.
Tasarım beceri atölyelerinin genel amaçları, temel eğitim ve ortaöğretim düzeyindeki türleri ile ilgili videoyla başlayan seminerde, öğretmenlere yönelik ders önerileriyle devam ediyor. Seminerde Tasarım beceri atölyelerinin birbiriyle bağlantılı olarak işlemesinin 21. yüzyıl becerileri ile ilişkisi, çoklu zekâ kuramı, beyin temelli öğrenme ve STEM eğitimi özelinde disiplinlerarası öğrenme yaklaşımlarıyla ilişkisi irdelendi. Disiplinlerarası ders planı geliştirme için 5E modeline dayalı örnek bir ders planı ile bilim, teknoloji, mühendislik, matematik ve sanatın bir araya getirilmesi; mühendislik tasarım sürecinin kullanılması açıklandı.
Hayal Gücü ve Evde Etkinlik Örnekleri
İlkokul, ortaokul, lise düzeyindeki atölye türlerinin birbirlerine disiplinlerarası biçimde bağlanması ve öğretim programlarındaki ders kazanımlarıyla ilişkilendirilmesine yönelik etkinlik örnekleri verildi. Salgın dolayısıyla geçilen uzaktan eğitim sürecinde de çocuklarımızın üretim mantığından uzak kalmamaları, temel düzeyde de olsa yaptıkları çalışmalarla evlerini birer atölyeye dönüştürebilmeleri için evde bulunabilecek malzemelerle yapılan etkinlik önerilerine dayalı hazırlanan İstanbul TBA Evde Etkinlik Önerileri kitapçığının ( http://istanbul.meb.gov.tr/dergi/evde_TBA_Etkinlik/EVDE_TBA_ETKINLIK_ONERILERI_KITAPCIGI/mobile/index.html ) öğretmenlerimiz tarafından öğrencilerimize önerilebileceği ve evlerde bu çalışmaların gerçekleştirilebileceği belirtildi.
Öğretmenlerimizin hayal güçlerini kullanarak geliştirebilecekleri ve uygulayacakları etkinliklerin tasarım beceri atölyelerine değer katacağı ve böylece atölyelerde hedeflenen çok yönlü öğrenme dönüşümünü etkili biçimde gerçekleştirebilecekleri vurgusu yapıldı.
